Conditions of booking:

We require a £25.00 deposit per room to secure a room this is refundable against your final invoice on check out.

Single occupancy rooms are charged at full room rate at weekends and on bargain breaks.

Single night Friday/Saturday bookings will only be accepted as late bookings subject to availability.

Z beds are available in some rooms at a charge of £20.00 per night. Children sharing a bed with parents will be charged £5.00 per night.

Dogs are welcome in our three ground floor rooms at a charge of £5.00 per night and must be pre-booked.
